Assistant Coach

About Us:
Caldwell Swim Club is looking for an Assistant Swim Coach to join our team. We are a group of highly motivated swimmers with three levels of youth training, focused on skill development, teamwork, and a love for the sport.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Coach will support practices and swim meets while helping create a positive, encouraging environment for swimmers at all levels.

Requirements:

• Prior swimming experience (competitive or instructional)

• Availability two nights per week for practices

• Availability to attend two swim meets per month

• Ability to complete USA Swimming Coaching Requirements in a timely manner

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Enjoy working with kids and being part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Assist with swim practices across all training levels

• Provide stroke instruction and technique feedback

• Support swimmers during swim meets

• Help maintain a safe and motivating environment

Compensation:

• $15 per hour
