Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Practice Times: 3 times a week in the weekday mornings with 2 groups (5:30am-6:30am & 6:30am-7:30am). Practice schedule will be determined based on your availability and clientele demand.
Responsibilities:
- Running practices for the master swim team for the Northside Swim Academy North-Stars
- Creating workouts for group of adult swimmers looking to improve their swimming technique or train for a master competition (or higher level competition)
- Provide feedback where necessary to clients
- Help us grow the master swim program
- Summarizing and submitting practice summaries at the end of your shifts
- Ensure safety at all times
- Keeping the atmosphere educational and fun for the adults at the same time
- Helping cover swim lessons when available and needed
Compensation:
- Depending on experience this position will pay in the range of $19.00-$25.00 per hour
- This is a W2/W4 position, but you will also be brought on as a 1099 contractor in case you do any mobile inquiries.
