Sales Rep – Athletic Fundraising (1099)

Company: ProFund (501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization)

Location: Remote / Territory-Based

Compensation: Uncapped Commission (High Earning Potential)

The Opportunity: At ProFund, we help high school and college athletic programs raise thousands of dollars through a modern, athlete-driven fundraising platform—without taking an excessive cut of the money teams work hard to earn.

Who We’re Looking For: Former or current coaches with strong relationships in athletics. Well-connected individuals within high school or college sports. Self-starters who want to operate like a business owner—not an employee. People who value flexibility, autonomy, and performance-based income.

What You’ll Do: Build relationships with high school and college coaches. Introduce programs to ProFund’s fundraising platform. Guide teams through launching successful fundraising campaigns. Develop, manage, and grow your own pipeline and client base.

What you'll need: Existing relationships with coaches, athletic directors, or school personnel are strongly preferred. High level of personal accountability and follow-through. Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-only environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build long-term income. Ability to communicate value clearly and confidently.
