I am introducing Endure Athletics, a professional coaching service providing certified substitute coaches for swim clubs in the your area. When was the last time that you or your coaches had a stress-free day off or vacation.  We understand that finding reliable, qualified coverage for practices can be a challenge, and we are here to ensure your team never misses a beat on the deck.

Our coaches are fully vetted and meet all current USA Swimming coach membership requirements, including:

  • Current USA Swimming Coach Membership in good standing.
  • Up-to-date Safety Training for Swim Coaches (STSC) and CPR/AEDcertifications.
  • Completed Level II Background Checks and Athlete Protection Training (APT).
  • Required Coach Education (Foundations 101/201 and QCF).

Whether you need last-minute coverage for an illness or planned support for a coaches' clinic, our staff is ready to step in and follow your specific workout plans to maintain your program's standards.

In addition to lane/practice  coverage, We also offer specialized One-Day or multiple day Athlete Conditioning Camps. These are intensive, single-day workshops designed for your most dedicated athletes who want to bridge the gap between pool sessions and elite physical performance. We bring a variety of talent to these camps from all American swimmers to intercollegiate and all levels. 

What the Day Covers:

  • Sport-Specific Dryland: Advanced plyometrics, core stability for [specific sport, e.g., explosive starts], and injury prevention.
  • Performance Testing: Baseline assessments for speed, mobility, and reaction time to help athletes track seasonal growth.
  • Mental Edge Workshop: Focused sessions on mental resilience, race-day visualization, and leadership.
  • Customized Intensity: My curriculum is designed to be physically and mentally demanding, mirroring the rigor of top-tier performance centers
