Assistant Swim Coach

Position Title: Assistant Swim Coach

Reports to: Head Swim Coach

Supervises: None

Primary function: Coaching and Recruitment for Swim Team

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Prior experience as a coach at the collegiate, club, or high school level

                        Collegiate competitive swimming experience

Essential duties:

• Assistant and coordinate swimming practices
• Recruiting quality student-athletes
• Helping plan team travel
• Helping with fundraising
• Knowledge of NCAA, PAC, and Saint Vincent Rules and Regulations

Other duties:

• Gameday Management Duties
• Lifeguarding
