Highlands Ranch Aquatics (HRA) is looking a Head Coach to lead our club in the next chapter of excellence. We are a nationally recognized USA Swimming Silver Medal Club serving approximately 170 competitive swimmers. For nearly 30 years HRA has developed athletes from novice swimmers to collegiate and national-level competitors while fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, teamwork and long-term athlete development. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader to build upon a strong foundation while helping shape the future of one of Colorado's premier competitive swim clubs.

POSITION SUMMARY: Lead the competitive swimming program; mentor and develop coaching staff; oversee athlete development, training plans, competition schedules, and daily operations; collaborate with the Board on strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational growth; and foster an athlete-centered culture built on excellence, accountability, and character.
