Job Description: The Assistant Swim Coach plays a vital role in assisting the head coach in developing and implementing effective training programs for swimmers of various skill levels. Lower Moreland Swim is a competitive, year-round USA Swim Team in the suburban Philadelphia region. We are currently looking for coaches with high energy and a passion for swimming to join our coaching staff. The Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for providing instruction and feedback to swimmers in our program, which ranges from developmental to senior level athletes. Assistant Coaches are also responsible for promoting a positive training environment and fostering relationships with parents and swimmers.
