The Opportunity As a full-time Senior or Age Group Coach, you will join a dynamic family of coaches for the day-to-day development of athletes within your assigned training groups, partner with the Head Coach and Coach Directors in implementation of the season plan, and participate in long-term planning. You will help set the tone for excellence across your site. Position Summary The  acac  USA Swim Team is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven Assistant Head Coach to support the continued growth and success of our program. This role works directly alongside Head Coach and plays a key part in daily coaching operations, athlete development, program leadership, and administrative management, with a strong emphasis on building a foundation for long-term success across the team.
