We’re searching for a motivating, high-energy, growth-minded coach to join our staff as an Assistant Coach .
This is a part-time role to start, with real potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. You’ll work directly alongside Coach Rich Rogers , a nationally recognized coach who has guided swimmers to National Age Group #1s, Junior National titles, and Top-20 national team rankings — all while building a team culture that thrives on science, passion, and purpose.
