Position: Associate Head Coach Swimming Organization: Memphis Thunder Aquatic Club Location: Collierville, Tennessee Start Date: August 2026  Job Description: As an Associate Head Coach of Thunder, you’ll be responsible for the development, implementation, support and advancement of all swim group athletes which includes their short- and long-term goals.   JOB REQUIREMENTS:  The successful candidate must have a background in senior level coaching and development of swimmers.  Current USA Swimming background check, CPR, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swimming Coaches certifications are required. College degree preferred.  Dryland training experience. ASCA certification level 2 or higher is desired.  Workouts run in the evenings, during school, (4-7:30pm), Saturdays (7-9am) and occasional mornings.
