We are searching for a reliable and trustworthy head coach to join Cavern City Swim Club to  oversee all aspects of our swim program including direct coaching responsibilities. The head coach responsibilities include analyzing swim techniques and determining skill levels, developing individualized swimming programs, teaching various techniques and styles, and overseeing practice sessions. He/She will also recruit new talent through try-outs seasonally and prepare swimmers for meets. Our ideal candidate already has a current USA Swimming, Non-Athlete Registration or ASCA certification with previous coaching experience.
