The Head Swim Coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Club’s swim program, fostering a positive, inclusive, and development-focused environment for swimmers ages 3–18. We are a community-rooted, family-engaged program led by a volunteer parent board, and we are seeking a head coach who combines technical expertise with genuine heart for athlete development. This is a full-time, exempt position responsible for all aspects of coaching leadership — from designing and leading practice schedules 5–6 days per week, to hiring and mentoring assistant coaches, managing meet operations, and building the family and community relationships that define our culture.
