Position Summary The Sevier Aquatic Club is seeking an energetic and experienced Head Coach to lead and grow our competitive swim program. The Head Coach will oversee athlete development, manage assistant coaches, coordinate competitions, and partner with the SAC Board to strengthen the club’s long-term success. This is an opportunity for a motivated coach to shape the vision of a developing program , build a strong team culture, and help swimmers reach their full potential in and out of the water. SAC is a year-round team of about 70 athletes, and a learn-to-swim program of 20 swimmers. The Brattleboro Swim Team is looking for a head coach for the 2026 summer season. Our season this year runs from June 22-August 2nd. Practices are held M-F from 4-6pm at the Brattleboro town pool. There are 4-6 swim meets during the season and two saturday meets, the Rutland Sprints and the SVSL championships. The State Championships will be August 1st and 2nd.  The head coach will work with several assistant coaches helping swimmers ages 5-18 in developing their stroke technique for competitive swimming and building/supporting a positive team culture.
