The City of Surprise is seeking a driven, energetic, and forward‑thinking Head Coach to lead and grow our USA Swimming–sanctioned club team, Surprise Storm (STORM) . This position will take the lead in guiding daily workouts, mentoring assistant coaches, planning team development, and driving long‑term program growth. The Head Coach will also support the City’s Recreational Summer Swim & Dive teams, collaborate with swim lesson programming, and contribute to the broader goals of the Surprise Aquatics team.
