As a Recreational Swim Team Coach & Instructor you are responsible for the safety of each class and group practice, and teaching technical swim skills and training habits to students using our curriculum. This is a hybrid position; while the focus is on coaching the recreational team, you may also support in-water swim lessons as needed. Additionally, you will play an active role in supporting our recreational swim meet each season. You will work to build water confidence and endurance within your students, encouraging each student to rise to the best of their abilities.
