Our goal is to build a group of coaches with a variety of personalities and styles to create an environment where any type of swimmer can feel safe and have fun in the water. Our program focuses on finding the fear of swimmers, young and old, and build positive connections, beliefs and relationships with their coaches strong enough to help those swimmers overcome their hurdles and become safe in the water. This job is part-time/full-time, starting at $25/hour after training. Training is paid at $18/hour....
