We are opening a new 50,000 sq ft Athletic & Wellness Center (Fall 2026!!!) that includes a 6-lane pool. We aspire to become a destination for swim lessons (ie, we will create a swim school open to the public) AND a USA Swim team that draws swimmers from around the world. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and competitive individual who desires to build their own program. As we are a boarding school for grades 4-9, onsite housing is available for this position and of course, for members of our future swim team. The individual hired for this role will work closely with the head of school to build the program from the ground up. Contact Amy Jolly, Head of School to discuss further.

This job is part-time/full-time, starting at $25/hour after training. Training is paid at $18/hour....
