The ERJCC Head Swim Team Coach is a leadership position for the youth swim team.  This position will work closely with the Director of Aquatics to build, grow, and lead the swim team.  The Head Swim Team Coach will lead practices and competitions.  They will also communicate to all team members and families to inform and motivate the team.  Recruiting and retention will be key priorities. Texas Elite Swimming  is currently looking for FOUR (4) Swim Instructors/Coaches for our Summer Satellite location program.  Instructors will be teaching swim lessons to members and guests of all ages in Lago Vista, TX and surrounding area. With a roster of over 200 athletes, and utilization of 3 local pools, BTA is seeking motivated and experienced coaches to assist groups within our growing team, including our Learn to Swim program. They will work with the Head Coach, Head Age Group Coach, and other Lead Coaches to develop the team through technique-based practices, advanced training, dry land assistance, and other duties as required.
