JRSSC is currently looking for Swim Instructors.  The Swim Instructor teaches swim lessons to members and guests of the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center. The Swim Instructor will report directly to the Assistant Aquatics Director and Aquatics Director. The Rouse Center is currently looking for a Lifeguard. The Lifeguard maintains a safe swim environment by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool as well as preventing and responding to all emergencies in the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center. The Jeff Rouse Swim & Sport Center is currently accepting applications for Aquatics Director. The Aquatics Director is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and supervision of the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center Aquatic Department, directly managing the aquatic staff (interview, hire, train, evaluate) and aquatic programs with the continual goal of better usage of the pool and meeting the needs of the community. The Aquatics Director will have the ability to teach or substitute coach swim teams, youth swim lessons or lifeguarding as needed.
