Personal Summary

Wyatt Aumiller | Competitive Swimming Coach & Athlete Development Specialist

Passionate swimming coach with 14+ years of experience in athlete development, technical instruction, and team operations. Currently serving as Assistant Coach with FAST Swim Team in Fremont, Nebraska, where I lead a daily training group of 20+ swimmers — designing seasonal and weekly programs that prepare athletes for everything from dual meets to Sectionals and Nationals.

My coaching background spans all levels: from teaching foundational skills to swimmers ages 5–15 at Pikes Peak Athletics, to supporting collegiate-level athletes at Sterling College. That range has sharpened my ability to meet athletes where they are, break down complex technique, and build the kind of confidence that translates to real performance gains.

Off the deck, I bring hands-on experience in meet management, travel coordination, and family communication — and I take pride in building team cultures rooted in accountability, sportsmanship, and long-term growth.

I just graduated in 2026 with bachelor's in Sports Management (minor in Business Administration) at Midland University, and I hold current CPR/AED, First Aid, and USA-recognized coaching certifications.

Whether I'm working with a swimmer just finding their stroke or one chasing a national qualifying time, my goal is the same: help them grow as athletes and as people.
