Assistant Age Group Coach

Inspire Swimming

Our mission: inspire swimmers to reach their full potential both in and out of the pool through meaningful, supportive, and individual coaching.

Our primary criteria: ability and/or desire to coach actively and thoroughly from a technical aspect, plus character and values that the kids can emulate.

Ideally, candidates have age group coaching experience and over a decade of personal swimming experience.

Coach will be expected to attend all practices and meets as assigned. During the school year, we practice weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. In the summer, we practice weekday mornings and some evenings as well as Saturday mornings. We have approximately one swim meet per month (all weekend).

Coach will have few, if any, duties or tasks off the deck.
