Year-Round Private Swim Instructor Wanted

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and drama-free swim instructor to join our team for a long-term position.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday
• 3:00 PM – 6:20 PM
• Full shift availability is required. No partial shifts or exceptions.

About the Position:

• Private, one-on-one swim lessons
• Children ages 3–10
• Students range from complete beginners/non-swimmers to competitive stroke coaching
• No parent participation during lessons

Requirements:

• Previous swim teaching experience is required
• Experience working with children ages 3–10
• Ability to teach all skill levels, from water safety and beginner swimming through advanced stroke development
• Dependable, professional, and positive attitude
• Looking for a long-term commitment
• Punctual, organized, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
