The Opportunity
The new FCAT Board of Directors is restructuring and is fully committed to creating a coach-led program focused on long-term stability, athlete performance, and program growth. For the past 15 years, recruiting, fundraising, marketing, and overall club development have rested almost entirely with the board. We are seeking a Head Coach who views themselves as a true partner in growing the club.

The successful candidate will have a direct hand in restructuring and implementing their vision to grow the annual budget, hiring, retention and training of staff and the return of FCAT to national relevance. Responsibilities will include:
• Developing swimmers and elevating competitive performance
• Helping athletes pursue college swimming opportunities
• Leading recruiting efforts
• Contributing to fundraising, marketing, and overall program growth
We are open to adjusting club rules or bylaws if doing so strengthens the program.

FCAT is proud of the inclusive culture we have built. We have several swimmers with special needs who have flourished under the previous staff. We expect any future coach to fully embrace and continue this important part of our mission and inclusive culture, alongside high-performance development.

Compensation & Financial Position
• Starting salary: approximately $45,000 plus benefits (to be negotiated)
• Professional certification fees
• Meet travel expenses (lodging, mileage and per diem)
• Continuing Education

Minimum Qualifications
• ASCA Level 2 certification (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of improving athlete performance
• Demonstrated experience in staff and team management
