North Shore Swim Club is searching for a Full Time Senior Development Coach. Candidate will be responsible for a specific group of athletes, all weekday practices (AM/PM), attending all scheduled competitions and mandatory events on weekends. This is a coaching position with basic weekly administrative duties that are required for the position.   Senior Development Coach: ·        Responsibilities for the day-to-day coaching and management of our 11–14-year-old athletes and hosted swim meet management, reporting directly to the Program Director and Head Coach.
