Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialist The Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialist will conduct safe, fun, dynamic and effective water fitness classes based on YMCA Standards & Guidelines. Essential Functions: Conduct initial client assessments. Develop treatment plans based on their individual needs and goals. Administer therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to improve clients' mobility, strength, and pain management.
