Position Description The Associate Swim Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Swim Coach with coaching, organizing and promoting Texas Elite Swimming.  The Coach assist the Head Swim Coach with, among other things, conducting practices, motivating swimmers, and instructing swimmers in strategies and techniques.     Essential job duties and responsibilities These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the activities, duties and responsibilities of the position.
