Assistant Coaches will help implement daily practices, teach foundational swimming skills, support swimmer development, and contribute to a positive, athlete-centered team environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic teachers who enjoy working with young athletes and value long-term swimmer development, technical progression, and team culture. Responsibilities may include assisting with practices, swimmer evaluation and placement, meet support, parent communication, and helping foster confidence, work ethic, and a love for the sport. JRSSC is currently looking for Swim Instructors.  The Swim Instructor teaches swim lessons to members and guests of the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center. The Swim Instructor will report directly to the Assistant Aquatics Director and Aquatics Director. The Rouse Center is currently looking for a Lifeguard. The Lifeguard maintains a safe swim environment by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool as well as preventing and responding to all emergencies in the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center.
