Head Boys & Girls Swimming & Diving Coach / Aquatics Director

Mt. Vernon High School is seeking a highly qualified Head Coach to lead our Boys and Girls Swimming & Diving program while embracing and advancing our LevelUp culture through a K–12 aligned, student-centered approach.  This position could be full time paired with a teaching position or part time as a lay coach.

Whether full time or part time, this is more than a coaching position—it’s a leadership opportunity to build upon one of the most consistently successful programs at Mt. Vernon while continuing to develop both our returning athletes and the next generation of Wildcats.

Mt. Vernon Swimming & Diving has built a reputation for success through strong leadership, athlete commitment, and program alignment, with both programs competing at a high level and earning postseason success, including podium performances at the IHSAA State Finals. With a strong core of returning swimmers and a growing youth foundation, we are seeking a leader who will build on this momentum—expanding participation, strengthening development systems, and preparing athletes for long-term success.
