Job Description  The Assistant Swim Coach and Lead Age Group Coach is a full-time position. Responsibilities include managing, leading and developing athletes for a specific age group(s) and when needed, working with other age groups. This position requires the coach to write and implement workouts appropriate for age, ability and training cycles. Workouts need to emphasize safety and technique in and out of the water.
