We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Aquatics Director to join our team for the   2026 summer season   (May-September) with potential to become a year-round position. The Assistant Aquatics Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for members, and supporting the full Aquatics staff. North Shore Swim Club is searching for a Full Time Senior Development Coach. Candidate will be responsible for a specific group of athletes, all weekday practices (AM/PM), attending all scheduled competitions and mandatory events on weekends. This is a coaching position with basic weekly administrative duties that are required for the position.   Senior Development Coach: ·        Responsibilities for the day-to-day coaching and management of our 11–14-year-old athletes and hosted swim meet management, reporting directly to the Program Director and Head Coach. The candidate will understand the commitment of time at the pool and the responsibility of being a consistent, positive leader for young athletes.
