Job Description  The Assistant Swim Coach and Lead Age Group Coach is a full-time position. Responsibilities include managing, leading and developing athletes for a specific age group(s) and when needed, working with other age groups. This position requires the coach to write and implement workouts appropriate for age, ability and training cycles. Workouts need to emphasize safety and technique in and out of the water. Texas Elite Swimming  is currently looking for FOUR (4) Swim Instructors/Coaches for our Summer Satellite location program.  Instructors will be teaching swim lessons to members and guests of all ages in Lago Vista, TX and surrounding area.
