About us: B-Town Brazadas Swim Club ( brazadas.org ) is a brand-new USA Swimming affiliated club, less than one year old and growing rapidly in Bakersfield, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, demonstrate ability to motivate athletes in and outside of the pool, must be reliable, knowledgeable on instructing technique, and passionate about the sport of swimming.
