We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Head Site Senior
Coach to lead one of our training sites and help continue the growth of our
nationally recognized program.
Position Summary
The Head Site Senior Coach will be responsible for leading and developing
swimmers primarily ages 8-18, while fostering a positive, disciplined, and inspiring
training environment. This coach will work closely with the Head Coach and
coaching staff to help athletes reach their highest potential both in and out of the
pool.
This position offers an outstanding opportunity for a motivated coach to build and
grow a successful training site within an established, supportive, and ambitious
club.
Primary Responsibilities
• Plan and lead five weekday afternoons and up to two weekend swim
practices.
• Conduct dryland training appropriate for age and ability.
• Develop season plans and daily workouts emphasizing technique, skill
progression, conditioning, race strategy, and athlete development.
• Foster a positive, motivating, disciplined, and team-first culture.

swimmers, coaches, and parents.
• Complete meet entries and assist with season planning for assigned
athletes.
• Attend one to two weekend swim meets per month.
• Collaborate with the Head Coach and coaching staff on athlete development
and program growth.
• Maintain all required USA Swimming certifications and coaching credentials.
Practice Schedule
Monday-Friday: 6:45 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Swim Meets: Approximately two weekends per month.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
• ASCA Level 3 certification (or the ability to obtain it)
• Current USA Swimming coach certifications in good standing
• Previous competitive coaching experience with a USA Swimming club
• Strong technical knowledge of stroke mechanics, race strategy, training
methodology, and USA Swimming rules
• Experience coaching age group and senior swimmers
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Outstanding professionalism, dependability, and integrity
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for mentoring young athletes
• The ability to build strong relationships with swimmers and families while
maintaining high standards and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
• College competitive swimming experience
• Experience developing swimmers to the Sectional, Futures, Junior
National, or higher levels
• Experience growing and managing a successful training group
